Our data comes from public U.S. government sources. We do not add or invent clinic details.

CDC National Prevention Information Network (NPIN)

Our main source is the CDC NPIN organization directory, which also powers CDC's GetTested locator. We list 12,104 NPIN locations that offer STI and/or HIV testing, after removing 208 duplicates. Each location page shows the date NPIN last updated the listing.

HRSA Health Center Program

We also list 6,564 federally funded community health center sites from the HRSA Data Warehouse, leaving out school-based, mobile and institutional sites. HRSA data does not say which services each site offers, so these are labeled “call to confirm STD testing.”

Accuracy

Listings can be out of date. Always confirm hours, services, cost and eligibility with the clinic before visiting. This site is not affiliated with or endorsed by CDC, HRSA or any clinic.
